Standard decor, COMPETENT staff, comfortable bed. Everything was perfectly fine during our stay however disappointing aspect was very basic bathroom. Its location was five star, near to a quiet hill as well as a lot of good restaurants. Also, Puerto Varas Plaza de Armas was easy to reach.

We enjoyed this hotel, location was perfect and staff were attentive. There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Fogon Las Buenas Brasas, set within 10 minutes walk or so. The view of the lake from the room was wonderful.
